Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Brew Master to oversee and manage our brewing operations within our pulp and paper manufacturing facility. The Brew Master will be responsible for the entire brewing process, ensuring the production of high-quality brewing agents used in various stages of paper production. This role requires a deep understanding of fermentation, enzyme activity, and quality control, applied within an industrial manufacturing context.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, optimize, and manage brewing processes for specialized industrial applications.
- Oversee the selection, preparation, and management of raw materials for brewing.
- Monitor fermentation processes, ensuring optimal conditions and desired outcomes.
- Implement rigorous quality control measures throughout the brewing cycle.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to brewing, fermentation, or product quality.
- Maintain detailed records of all brewing operations, including batch logs and quality reports.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to innovate and improve brewing techniques.
