Brew Master

Role Summary:
HAL is seeking an experienced and passionate Brew Master to oversee and manage its brewing operations. The Brew Master will be responsible for the entire brewing process, from raw material selection to finished product quality control, ensuring consistency and excellence in every batch. This role requires a deep understanding of brewing science, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine brewing recipes for a diverse range of products, ensuring high quality and unique flavor profiles.
- Manage the entire brewing process, including mashing, lautering, boiling, fermentation, maturation, and packaging.
- Source and select high-quality raw materials, including malts, hops, yeast, and adjuncts.
- Monitor and control fermentation processes to achieve desired yeast characteristics and product quality.
- Implement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures throughout the brewing cycle, including sensory analysis and laboratory testing.
- Ensure adherence to all safety, health, and environmental regulations within the brewing facility.
- Maintain detailed records of all brewing activities, including ingredient usage, process parameters, and quality control results.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the brewing process.
- Stay updated with the latest brewing techniques, industry trends, and technological advancements.
- Collaborate with the production and R&D teams to develop new products and improve existing ones.
- Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring efficient stock rotation.
