Role Summary: T-Series is seeking a creative and experienced Brew Master to lead our innovative beverage development team. This role will be instrumental in conceptualizing, developing, and perfecting unique craft beverages that align with our brand's dynamic and evolving entertainment offerings. The Brew Master will oversee all aspects of the brewing process, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to all safety and regulatory standards. This is a unique opportunity to blend the art of brewing with the vibrant world of Indian entertainment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and refine unique beverage recipes, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, for events, product launches, and brand activations.
Manage the entire brewing process from ingredient sourcing to final product.
Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards and best practices in brewing.
Oversee inventory management for raw materials and finished products.
Collaborate with marketing and events teams to create beverage experiences that enhance T-Series' entertainment properties.
Stay abreast of industry trends, new brewing techniques, and emerging beverage markets.
Maintain a safe and sanitary brewing environment.
Train and mentor junior brewing staff.
