Broadcast Engineering (3-5 Yrs) for a Corporate

We are seeking a Broadcast Engineering professional with 3-5 years of experience to join our corporate team in Vishakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will have a BBA/BBM degree and a strong understanding of broadcast systems and corporate communication needs. This role is crucial for managing and optimizing our internal and external broadcast operations, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality audio-visual content.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of broadcast equipment and systems (audio consoles, video switchers, cameras, microphones, lighting, etc.).

- Plan and execute live broadcasts for corporate events, town halls, and internal communications.

- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to understand content requirements and deliver high-quality broadcast solutions.

- Manage and archive broadcast content, ensuring proper storage and accessibility.

- Stay updated with the latest broadcast technologies and trends, recommending improvements and upgrades.

- Provide technical support for audio-visual needs during meetings and presentations.

- Manage vendor relationships for broadcast equipment and services.

- Ensure compliance with broadcasting standards and company policies.
