Role Summary:
Pratham Education Foundation is seeking a dynamic and analytical Business Analyst to support our program development and operational efficiency initiatives. The Business Analyst will be responsible for understanding business needs, analyzing data, and translating insights into actionable recommendations to enhance our educational programs and organizational impact. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, data-driven analysis, and strong communication skills to collaborate with various teams across the foundation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across different program areas.
• Analyze program data to identify trends, performance metrics, and areas for improvement.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management and program teams.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and program teams to define and implement solutions that meet business needs.
• Contribute to the strategic planning process by providing data-driven insights.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all analyses and reports.
