Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Business Analyst to join our retail operations team in India. The Business Analyst will be responsible for understanding business needs, identifying areas for improvement, and translating them into actionable insights and solutions that drive business growth and efficiency within our diverse retail formats.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across various retail departments.
- Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions for optimization.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical designs.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Develop and execute test plans to validate solutions against business requirements.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
- Support change management initiatives and user training.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in retail technology and analytics.
