Business Analyst - Animation & VFX (1-3 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Business Analyst with 1-3 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our growing team in Chandigarh. This role involves bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions within the dynamic Animation & VFX industry. You will be instrumental in defining project requirements, analyzing workflows, and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative projects. Your M.Tech background will be valuable in understanding complex technical processes and translating them into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders in the Animation & VFX domain.
- Analyze existing workflows and identify areas for process improvement and optimization.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements.
- Create process flow diagrams, use cases, and user stories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, developers, artists, and QA testers.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
- Assist in the development of business cases and project proposals.
- Support the product development lifecycle from conception to deployment.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Contribute to the strategic planning and roadmap development for new initiatives.
