Key Responsibilities:

Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders using various techniques such as interviews, workshops, and surveys.

Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for IT and other departments.

Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement within the packaging lifecycle.

Develop and maintain process flows, use cases, and other documentation to support business initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, sales, and IT, to ensure successful project delivery.

Assist in the development of test cases and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions.

Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.

Identify and propose solutions to business challenges and operational inefficiencies.
