We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Business Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to join our growing team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will possess a strong B.Sc background and a passion for the agrochemical industry. You will play a crucial role in analyzing market trends, identifying business opportunities, and contributing to strategic decision-making for our fertilizer and pesticide product lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the agrochemical sector.
- Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and product performance to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Develop business cases and financial models to support new product development and market expansion initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, R&D, Operations) to define project requirements and ensure successful implementation.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management on business performance and strategic recommendations.
- Monitor industry regulations and compliance requirements relevant to the fertilizer and pesticide market.
