We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Business Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing strategic solutions within our diverse infrastructure, transport, and real estate projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior management to ensure project success and drive business value.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across various project domains.
- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for optimization and innovation.
- Develop functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with business users and technical teams.
- Support the design, development, and implementation of new solutions.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for senior management.
