Business Analyst - Supply Chain

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Business Analyst to join our Shared Services team. In this role, you will be instrumental in analyzing, optimizing, and transforming our supply chain operations within the textile and apparel sector. You will work closely with various stakeholders to identify process improvements, develop data-driven insights, and support the implementation of strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current supply chain processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions for improvement.
- Gather and document business requirements for new systems or process enhancements.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, manufacturing, logistics, finance) to ensure seamless integration.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management.
- Support project management activities for supply chain initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for end-users.
