Role Summary:
As a Business Correspondent for Paytm, you will be instrumental in expanding our financial inclusion initiatives by reaching out to unbanked and underbanked populations across India. You will act as a vital link between Paytm's digital financial services and the local communities, promoting adoption and providing essential support. This role requires a deep understanding of local needs and a commitment to empowering individuals through accessible financial tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard new customers to Paytm's financial services, including wallet, UPI, and other relevant products.
- Educate potential customers about the benefits and usage of digital financial services.
- Assist customers with account opening, KYC verification, and transaction support.
- Promote and sell value-added services such as insurance, loans, and bill payments.
- Gather feedback from customers and report market insights to the management team.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community members and local stakeholders.
