Business Correspondent - Banking Services (3-4 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary:
HDFC Bank is seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Business Correspondent with 3-4 years of experience and a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree. The Business Correspondent will be instrumental in extending banking services to unbanked and underbanked populations, leveraging technology and digital platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of banking processes and a commitment to financial inclusion in Noida.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate basic banking transactions such as account opening, cash deposits and withdrawals, and fund transfers at designated banking access points.
- Educate customers on various banking products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and insurance, with a focus on digital banking solutions.
- Utilize and maintain banking technology devices (e.g., biometric devices, POS machines) to ensure smooth transaction processing.
- Ensure compliance with HDFC Bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Generate reports on transaction volumes, customer outreach, and service delivery for management review.
- Provide customer support and resolve queries related to banking services.
- Collaborate with branch staff to identify potential customers and promote banking services in the assigned area.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in banking technology and financial inclusion initiatives.
