Business Development Executive

Role Summary:
Chalo is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients and partners, and contributing to the expansion of Chalo's services in the urban transport sector. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, passionate about improving public transportation in India.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and research potential new business leads and opportunities within the urban transport ecosystem.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, transport authorities, bus operators, and other stakeholders.
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients and partners.
* Negotiate and close deals to expand Chalo's service footprint.
* Collaborate with the product and operations teams to ensure successful implementation of new partnerships.
* Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
* Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets.
* Represent Chalo at industry events and conferences.
