Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with 2-3 years of experience to join our growing team. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the Indian paper industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of the pulp and paper market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential new markets, customers, and strategic partnerships in the pulp and paper sector.
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry influencers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, production) to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Track and report on business development activities, pipeline, and key performance indicators.
