Job Description

Role Summary:
Deloitte is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth and expand our client base within the accounting and auditing services sector. The BDM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the overall strategic growth of the firm.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions leveraging Deloitte's service offerings.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal service line leaders and client teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Track and report on business development activities, pipeline, and key performance indicators.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
- Achieve revenue targets and contribute to the firm's profitability.
