Role Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree and 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Jaipur. The BDM will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the FMCG sector. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and analytical skills, eager to contribute to our company's expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential new business opportunities and market trends within the FMCG industry.
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development) to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
Negotiate contract terms and pricing to secure profitable deals.
Monitor market activity and competitor actions to identify opportunities and threats.
Analyze sales data and market feedback to refine business development strategies.
