Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Manager (BDM) with an M.Sc. degree to join our team. The BDM will support senior team members in identifying new opportunities, building relationships with stakeholders, and contributing to the strategic development of government technology projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in market research and analysis to identify potential e-governance project opportunities.
- Support the development and presentation of project proposals to government departments and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with key personnel in government agencies and related organizations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand service offerings and tailor them to meet public sector needs.
- Participate in meetings and discussions with potential clients to understand their requirements and challenges.
- Contribute to the formulation of business development strategies and action plans.
- Track and report on business development activities and outcomes.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and policies in e-Governance and public administration.

About National E-Governance Division (NeGD)

The National E-Governance Division (NeGD) was established by the Government of India under the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY) to facilitate and support the implementation of e-Governance projects across the country. NeGD plays a pivotal role in driving digital transformation within the public administration sector, aiming to make government services more accessible, efficient, and transparent for citizens. The division is instrumental in policy formulation, capacity building, and promoting technological advancements to achieve a digitally empowered society.
