Business Development Manager (BDM) | Thane

We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and automotive sectors to join our dynamic team in Thane. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience and a M.Pharma degree, leveraging their scientific background to identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the auto components industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the automotive components sector, with a focus on leveraging pharmaceutical industry insights and applications.

- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives and growth targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.

- Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and reports to senior management and clients.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, Sales, Operations) to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.

- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.

- Stay abreast of industry regulations, advancements, and best practices, particularly those impacting the intersection of pharmaceuticals and automotive materials.
