Business Development Manager (BDM) - Water Treatment / Waste Management Sector

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) with 2-3 years of experience and a B.Sc degree to join our team in Thane. The BDM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our water and wastewater management solutions in the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business leads and opportunities within the water treatment and waste management sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, including industrial and municipal bodies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and technical solutions to prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure accurate project scoping and feasibility assessments.
- Negotiate and close business deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Stay updated on relevant government policies, regulations, and tenders in the water and waste management domain.
