Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager with 2-3 years of experience in the power generation sector to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech/B.E. degree and a strong understanding of the energy market, with a focus on developing new business opportunities within the consumer, retail, and hospitality industries in India. This role is based in Lucknow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the power generation space, specifically targeting clients within the consumer, retail, and hospitality sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth areas.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including technical and legal departments, to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on business development activities, pipeline, and key performance indicators.
- Contribute to the development of business strategies and expansion plans.
