Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Head to lead our operations in Ludhiana. This role is crucial for driving business growth, expanding market share, and ensuring the successful delivery of our emerging technology solutions to clients in the region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, P&L management, and team leadership within the technology sector. This position is ideal for individuals with 6 years of progressive experience and a strong aptitude for business strategy, regardless of formal graduation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the emerging technologies landscape.
- Manage the P&L for the Ludhiana region, ensuring profitability and financial health.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales and delivery team.
- Oversee the operational aspects of the business unit, ensuring efficient service delivery.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform strategy.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
