Role Summary: The Business Head will be responsible for driving the overall growth and strategic direction of HOK India. This includes expanding market share, fostering client relationships, managing operations, and leading the local team to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development and leadership within the architecture and interior design sector in India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets for HOK India.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including major projects and strategic partnerships.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry influencers.
- Oversee project acquisition, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the HOK India team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Ensure operational efficiency and financial management of the India operations.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes in the Indian architecture and interior design industry.
- Represent HOK India at industry events and conferences.
