Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Business Intelligence & Analytics professional with 4-6 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Chennai. This role will involve leveraging data to drive business insights, support strategic decision-making, and contribute to the optimization of business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in business principles and a passion for data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable BI and analytics solutions.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using BI tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform data mining, data cleansing, and data modeling to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data strategies and governance frameworks.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support business initiatives and problem-solving.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in business intelligence and analytics.
