Job Description
Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and analytical Business Intelligence & Analytics professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across our hospital operations. You will work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and develop comprehensive reports and dashboards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across clinical, administrative, and operational departments to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Perform data mining, data cleansing, and data validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
- Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear and concise manner.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in business intelligence and data analytics.
