Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Intelligence & Analytics professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leveraging data to provide actionable insights, drive strategic decision-making, and optimize business processes within our petrochemical and plastics operations. You will work closely with various business units to understand their needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Perform data mining, data cleansing, and data validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Build predictive models and forecasting tools to support business planning.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in business intelligence and analytics.
- Support ad-hoc data analysis requests from different departments.
