Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven Business Intelligence & Analytics professional to join our growing team. You will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across various business functions, including sales, marketing, operations, and product development. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and present findings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to answer critical business questions and support strategic initiatives.
- Design and implement data models and ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in business intelligence and data analytics.
