We are seeking a motivated Business Intelligence & Analytics professional with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. This role is ideal for a recent BBA/BBM graduate eager to apply analytical skills to drive business insights within the internet industry. You will be instrumental in transforming raw data into actionable intelligence that supports strategic decision-making across various business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across different business units.
Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Support the BI team in ad-hoc data requests and analytical projects.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide relevant analytical support.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of data quality and reporting processes.
Prepare presentations and summaries of findings for management.
