Business Intelligence (BI) Developer

We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to join our growing team. The BI Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, transforming data into actionable insights, and creating reports and dashboards that visualize key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements for BI solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
- Create and maintain data models and data warehouses.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve BI-related issues.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in BI.
