Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for service improvement.
- Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales, operations, and client satisfaction.
- Support the business development team in preparing proposals, presentations, and client pitches.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist in project management for new initiatives and strategic growth plans.
- Conduct data analysis to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Manage and update client databases and CRM systems.
