Job Description
Role Summary: The Business Process Quality Analyst will be responsible for evaluating, analyzing, and improving business processes within VA Tech Wabag Limited to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. This role involves identifying process bottlenecks, developing solutions, and implementing quality standards across various departments, with a focus on projects and operations in the water treatment and waste management sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed analysis of existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement and potential risks.
Develop and implement process improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean Six Sigma.
Document current and future state processes, including process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
Monitor process performance and key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting on quality metrics and trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of process changes and quality standards.
Facilitate quality training and awareness programs for employees.
Support internal and external audits related to quality management systems.
Identify and recommend technology solutions to automate and streamline business processes.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
