Zomato is seeking a diligent and efficient Busser with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma and possess a strong understanding of restaurant operations and customer service. As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of dining areas, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quickly and efficiently clear and clean tables after guests depart.
- Reset tables with proper settings according to Zomato's standards.
- Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Assist servers by refilling water glasses, serving bread, and attending to guest needs.
- Transport dirty dishes from the dining room to the dishwashing area.
- Maintain cleanliness of service stations and surrounding areas.
- Respond to guest requests and communicate any issues to management.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
