Job Description
Role Summary: As a Busser at Zomato's partner restaurants, you will be an essential part of the dining experience, ensuring that tables are cleared, cleaned, and reset efficiently to maintain a smooth flow of service. You will work closely with servers and kitchen staff to provide exceptional guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clear and clean tables promptly after guests depart.
- Wipe down tables, chairs, and surrounding areas.
- Reset tables with clean silverware, glassware, and linens.
- Refill water glasses and assist servers with guest needs.
- Transport dirty dishes and glassware to the dishwashing area.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and storage areas.
- Assist with basic food preparation or plating as needed.
- Respond to guest requests and communicate with the front-of-house team.
