Busser - BFSI (3-4 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary:
As a Busser in the BFSI sector, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our corporate office environment. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining the highest standards of organization and readiness within our meeting rooms, pantry areas, and general office spaces. Your contributions will directly impact the productivity and professional image of our operations in Kochi.

Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently clear and reset tables in meeting rooms and pantry areas after use, ensuring readiness for subsequent meetings or breaks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of pantry stations, including restocking of supplies such as cutlery, crockery, beverages, and snacks.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms with necessary amenities, AV equipment checks, and refreshments as per scheduled requirements.
- Manage inventory of pantry supplies and communicate restocking needs to the administrative team promptly.
- Ensure waste disposal and recycling protocols are followed diligently.
- Support the administrative team with ad-hoc tasks related to office upkeep and event support.
- Uphold hygiene and safety standards across all designated work areas.
- Coordinate with pantry staff and external vendors for timely replenishment of goods.
- Proactively identify and address any immediate needs or issues related to the office environment.
