Busser - Internet Sector

Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and energetic Busser to join our team in Surat. The Busser will be responsible for assisting servers and ensuring a clean and organized dining environment for our customers. This role is crucial for maintaining operational efficiency and customer satisfaction within our fast-paced internet-based food delivery and dining platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promptly clear and clean tables after guests depart, ensuring they are ready for the next seating.

- Reset tables with silverware, napkins, and condiments according to Zomato's service standards.

- Assist servers with food and beverage delivery, refilling water glasses, and attending to guest needs.

- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including floors, chairs, and windows.

- Restock service stations with necessary supplies such as linens, tableware, and condiments.

- Respond to guest requests and communicate any issues or special needs to the server or manager promptly.

- Support kitchen staff by transporting dirty dishes to the dishwashing area.

- Uphold Zomato's standards for hygiene and safety in all tasks.
