Butler

Role Summary: The Butler will be responsible for providing exceptional, discreet, and personalized service to VIP guests and clients at various high-profile events and live entertainment experiences managed by Wizcraft. This role requires a keen eye for detail, impeccable presentation, and a proactive approach to anticipating and fulfilling guest needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned VIP guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout events.
• Anticipate and fulfill guest requests, including but not limited to, dietary needs, transportation arrangements, and personal errands.
• Coordinate with event staff, catering teams, and security to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain the highest standards of etiquette, discretion, and professionalism at all times.
• Manage and oversee the personal belongings and arrangements of VIP guests.
• Prepare and present food and beverages according to guest preferences and event standards.
• Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of guest areas and personal spaces.
• Handle any issues or complaints promptly and efficiently, escalating when necessary.
