Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Buyer / Senior Buyer with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic procurement team in Delhi. This role is crucial for managing the sourcing and purchasing of raw materials, components, and services for our medical device and equipment operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of supply chain dynamics, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to contribute to cost-saving initiatives. A Doctorate/PhD in a relevant scientific or business field is required, demonstrating a capacity for in-depth research and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers for medical device components and raw materials, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings and favorable payment terms.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement schedules to ensure timely availability of materials for production.
- Conduct market research and supplier analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Operations teams to understand material requirements and specifications.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
- Analyze procurement data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procurement best practices.
- Support the development and implementation of strategic sourcing initiatives.
