We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Buyer / Senior Buyer to join our Procurement team. This role is ideal for an individual with 1-3 years of experience and a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree, looking to contribute to a dynamic healthcare and life sciences organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials and services essential for our operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and specifications.

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with suppliers.

Process purchase orders and manage vendor relationships.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of critical materials.

Contribute to cost-saving initiatives and process improvements within the procurement function.

Maintain accurate procurement records and generate relevant reports.
