Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Buying / Merchandising Consultant with 1-3 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our dynamic team in Chandigarh. This role involves analyzing market trends, identifying investment opportunities, and supporting portfolio companies in their strategic sourcing and merchandising initiatives within the tech and consumer sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in buying and merchandising.
Assist in evaluating the supply chain and merchandising strategies of potential and existing portfolio companies.
Develop data-driven recommendations for optimizing product sourcing, inventory management, and pricing strategies.
Collaborate with internal investment teams and portfolio company management to implement strategic initiatives.
Prepare reports and presentations on market insights, supplier evaluations, and performance metrics.
Leverage technical expertise from M.Tech to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
