Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits (C&B) professional with a B.Com background and 4-6 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and administration of competitive and effective compensation and benefits programs that align with our business objectives and attract/retain top talent in the consumer electronics and appliances industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of annual salary review processes, including merit increases, promotions, and market adjustments.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking studies to ensure competitive positioning of salary structures and benefits packages.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and statutory benefits, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Support the design and implementation of incentive plans, bonus schemes, and long-term equity awards.
- Analyze compensation data and provide insights to HR business partners and management on trends and potential issues.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of HRIS data related to compensation and benefits.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on C&B related matters.
- Stay updated on C&B best practices, legal requirements, and industry trends in the Indian market.
- Collaborate with external vendors and consultants for benefits administration and compensation surveys.
