C & B Management - 3-5 Yrs

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced C & B Management professional with a Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharma) degree to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or medical devices sector. This role will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and managing competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent. The position is based in Bhubaneshwar.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and administer comprehensive compensation structures, including salary ranges, incentive plans, and bonus programs, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.
- Develop and manage employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives, in compliance with Indian labor laws and regulations.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking studies to analyze compensation trends and recommend adjustments.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and leadership to understand organizational needs and align C&B strategies accordingly.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits administration.
- Prepare reports and presentations on C&B metrics, program effectiveness, and cost analysis.
- Stay abreast of relevant legislation and regulatory changes impacting compensation and benefits in India.
- Support employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures related to C&B.
