C & B Management (Contract) | Ludhiana

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced C & B Management professional with 3-5 years of experience and a Master's degree to join our team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate employees, aligning with our strategic business objectives in the dynamic leather industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage competitive salary structures, incentive plans, and performance-based rewards.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other statutory benefits, ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws.
- Conduct market research and analysis to benchmark compensation and benefits against industry standards.
- Partner with HR business partners and leadership to understand talent needs and design effective C&B strategies.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data related to compensation and benefits.
- Manage vendor relationships for benefits administration and other C&B related services.
- Prepare reports and presentations on C&B metrics for senior management.
- Stay updated on C&B trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in India.
