Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and analytical C&B Management professional with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Delhi. This role is ideal for an individual with a Master of Laws (LLM) degree who is passionate about designing and implementing effective compensation and benefits strategies within the fast-paced internet industry. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our reward structures are competitive, compliant, and aligned with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the design, development, and administration of compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and equity awards.
Support the benefits administration process, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Conduct market research and data analysis to benchmark compensation and benefits against industry standards and competitor offerings.
Provide guidance and support to HR business partners and managers on C&B related policies and practices.
Ensure legal compliance of all compensation and benefits programs, with a particular focus on labor laws and contractual obligations relevant to your LLM expertise.
Contribute to the development and communication of C&B programs to employees.
Assist in the annual salary review and bonus cycle processes.
