This role is ideal for a creative individual with a B.Des degree and 1-4 years of experience, who can bring a fresh perspective to service design and operational efficiency within a dynamic MNC environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of cabin crew members, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor and enhance the passenger service experience, incorporating design thinking principles.
- Train new cabin crew members on service standards, safety procedures, and emergency protocols.
- Manage crew scheduling and rostering to ensure optimal coverage.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with ground operations and other departments to ensure seamless travel experience.
- Develop and implement innovative service solutions based on user feedback and design principles.
- Handle passenger complaints and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain inventory of cabin supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
