4. Handle passenger inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and courtesy.
5. Coordinate with ground staff, flight deck, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
6. Monitor and maintain cabin safety and hygiene standards.
7. Conduct pre-flight briefings and post-flight debriefings.
8. Assist in resolving any in-flight issues or emergencies.
