Role Summary:
As a Cabin Crew Supervisor at Wipro, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the cabin crew team, ensuring the highest standards of safety, service, and passenger comfort for our corporate executive travel. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the performance of the cabin crew team, providing guidance and support.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and emergency procedures.
• Coordinate flight schedules and crew assignments to optimize efficiency.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to corporate executives and VIP passengers.
• Handle passenger inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Conduct pre-flight checks and ensure the cabin is clean, safe, and well-stocked.
• Manage catering and other onboard services.
• Liaise with flight deck crew and ground staff.
• Train and mentor new cabin crew members.
