Cabin Crew Supervisor (B.Des Required) - Delhi

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Cabin Crew Supervisor with 2-3 years of experience and a B.Des degree to oversee our corporate cabin crew operations. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless and high-quality service delivery for our executive travel needs, focusing on passenger comfort, safety, and adherence to company standards. This role requires a blend of supervisory skills, a keen eye for detail, and an understanding of service design principles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the cabin crew, ensuring efficient flight preparation and service delivery.

- Train new cabin crew members on service standards, safety procedures, and emergency protocols.

- Monitor and evaluate cabin crew performance, providing constructive feedback and implementing performance improvement plans.

- Ensure compliance with all aviation regulations and company policies.

- Manage catering and onboard amenities, ensuring they meet executive expectations and dietary requirements.

- Develop and refine service protocols and passenger experience based on design thinking principles learned from B.Des.

- Handle passenger inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.

- Liaise with flight operations and other departments to ensure smooth flight scheduling and coordination.
