Role Summary: L&T is seeking aspiring individuals to join our Cadet Pilot Program. This program is designed to train and develop future pilots for our corporate aviation fleet, supporting our extensive operations across India and internationally. Successful candidates will undergo rigorous training to become fully qualified pilots, contributing to the efficient and safe transportation of personnel and critical equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undergo comprehensive flight training as per DGCA regulations and L&T's operational standards.
- Complete ground school modules covering aviation theory, meteorology, navigation, and aircraft systems.
- Participate in simulator training and practical flight sessions.
- Maintain flight proficiency and adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Assist senior pilots in flight planning and operational duties.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and safety of the L&T aviation department.
