Role Summary: Biocon Limited is seeking highly motivated and disciplined individuals to join our Cadet Pilot program. This program is designed to train aspiring pilots to operate company aircraft, ensuring safe and efficient transportation for our executives and critical cargo. Successful candidates will undergo rigorous training and development to become fully qualified pilots.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undergo comprehensive flight training as per DGCA regulations and company standards.
- Learn and adhere to all aviation safety protocols and procedures.
- Maintain flight logs and aircraft records meticulously.
- Participate in simulator training and recurrent flight checks.
- Assist senior pilots in pre-flight and post-flight inspections.
- Develop a strong understanding of meteorology, navigation, and air traffic control.
- Demonstrate excellent decision-making skills in dynamic flight environments.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during flights.
