Role Summary: The Cadet Pilot program at Dixon Technologies is designed to train aspiring pilots to support the company's executive and operational air travel needs. This role involves rigorous training to achieve pilot certification and proficiency, ultimately contributing to the efficient and safe transportation of key personnel and assets.

Key Responsibilities:

Undergo comprehensive flight training as per regulatory requirements and company standards.

Complete ground school and simulator training to build theoretical knowledge and practical skills.

Assist senior pilots in flight planning, pre-flight checks, and in-flight operations.

Maintain flight logs and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Adhere strictly to aviation safety regulations and company policies.

Participate in recurrent training and proficiency checks as required.

Develop a strong understanding of aircraft systems and emergency procedures.

Support the aviation department in various administrative and operational tasks.
